摘要
目的 研究Durafill、Dyract、DyractAP三种临床上常用的光固化材料的密合度和抛光性。方法 选用因正畸而拔除的双尖牙 5颗 ,在其颊侧、舌侧、远中三个面各制备一个窝洞 ,分别用三种材料进行充填、打磨抛光 ,然后在扫描电镜下观察其密合度和表面的抛光性。结果 Durafill与牙齿之间密合较好 ,仅有 2个标本的 4个轴角出现均值为 (1.3± 0 .7) μm的微缝隙 ,但树脂与牙并未完全脱离 ,而Dyract、DyractAP在高倍镜下却有 (2 .4± 1.4 ) μm和 (2 .2± 1.6 ) μm的微缝隙 ;Durafill和DyractAP的抛光性比Dyract要好。结论 光固化材料的抛光性与无机填料颗粒的大小有关 ,而边缘密合度与牙面处理和粘结剂等有关。
Objective To study the adaptation and polishability of three kinds of light-cured materials: Durafill, Dyract and Dyract AP. Methods 5 orthodotically extracted healthy premolars were collected. Three cavities were made in buccal, lingual and distal surface of each tooth and filled with three kinds of light-cured materials respectively. After polished with Silicone finishing and polishing points, the specimens were observed under scanning electron microscopy. Results Durafill had good adaptation, and there was microleakage of (3.2±1.8)μm at 4 axis walls in 2 specimens, but the resin did not separate with the teeth completely. There were microleakages of (2.4±1.4)μm and (2.2±1.6)μm in the teeth which were filled with Dyract and Dyract AP. The polishability of Durafill and Dyract AP were better than that of Dyract. Conclusions The polishability of light-cured materials is related with the particle size of filling material. The adaptation is related with treatment of teeth surface and adhesive of agent.
