复合树脂与Er∶YAG激光制备的窝洞壁间微渗漏研究

摘要 目的观察使用Excite黏接剂和XENOⅢ自酸蚀黏结剂,光固化复合树脂与脉冲Er∶YAG激光及常规牙钻所制备窝洞壁间的微渗漏差异。方法选用30颗前磨牙随机分为3组,每组10颗牙齿,A组:Er∶YAG激光+Excite黏接剂;B组:Er∶YAG激光+XENOⅢ自酸蚀黏结剂;C组(对照组):牙钻+Excite黏接剂。使用脉冲Er∶YAG激光或牙钻在前磨牙颈部制备Ⅴ类洞,涂黏结剂,光固化复合树脂充填;染液渗透法观察树脂与洞壁间的微渗漏。结果脉冲Er∶YAG激光组和常规牙钻组的光固化复合树脂与洞壁间的染液渗透无统计学差异;脉冲Er∶YAG激光备洞后,使用XENOⅢ自酸蚀黏结剂和Exicite黏结剂间染液微渗漏无统计学差异。结论脉冲Er∶YAG激光备洞后,充填的复合树脂与洞壁有着良好的密合度。 Objective To study microleakage of Class Ⅴ light-curing composite resin restorations after pulsed Er ∶YAG laser and bur preparations. Methods Thirty premolar teeth were randomly divided into three groups(n=10) :group A:Er ∶YAG laser +Excite bond; group B; Er ∶YAG laser + self etch XENO Ⅲ (Dentsply);group C: bur + all etch + Excite bond. It was prepared Class Ⅴ cavity in premolar cervical by pulse Er ∶YAG laser or dental bur. It was filled the cavity by light-curing composite resin. After thermocycling, the specimens were stained with 2% methylene blue solution and sectioned in the buccolingual direction. Results There were no statistically significant differences between cavity prepared method dental bur and pulsed Er ∶YAG laser.There were also no statistically significant differences between self etch XENO Ⅲ and Execite bonding agent. Conclusions It can get good adaptation of composite resin with cavity prepared by Er ∶YAG laser.
