摘要
目的 :用自身对照法深入探讨醋柳黄酮的降压效果。方法 :观察醋柳黄酮对患者心电图、血浆一氧化氮、内皮素及对患者压力感受器功能的影响。结果 :醋柳黄酮治疗 6周后降压总有效率 87.87% ,心电图心肌缺血改善有效率 88% ,血浆一氧化氮浓度升高 ,内皮素浓度下降 ,患者压力感受器功能明显改善。结论 :醋柳黄酮为一安全有效的国产降压药物 ,并具有改善高血压患者压力感受器功能 ,改善心肌供血 ,纠正血浆一氧化氮、内皮素分泌异常的作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of acetycholine on hypertension.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]ECG and ET in serum and barorecptor function were investigated in hypertensive patients self control.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]After six weeks,87.87% of patients with reduction in blood pressure and 88% of patients with improvement on myocardial ischemia were obtained,besides increase NO,decrease in ET in serum and improvement of barareceptor function.Conclusion:Baroreceptor function,myocardial perfusion were improved and abnormal secretion of NO,ET were rectified We consider that acetycholine is effective on treatment of hypertension and may be selected as long term therapy.
