摘要
石炭系火山岩地层是新疆滴西地区主要勘探区域之一,但由于其埋藏深,岩石强度高,硬度大,且非均质性强,导致其研磨性强,可钻性差,PDC钻头先期损坏严重,平均机械钻速低,制约了油田高效快速开发的进程。为此,在滴西地区研究应用了扭力缓冲器,配合高效PDC钻头来提高钻井速度。滴西33井先后2次入井的钻探实践结果表明,采用扭力缓冲器钻井可以保证PDC钻头工作平稳,消除钻头粘滑现象,提高破岩效率。在滴西33井钻进263.93 m,平均钻速比邻井同井段提高了83.3%。扭力缓冲器的应用成功为深部火山岩地层钻井提速提供了一条新的技术途径。
The carboniferous volcanic rock formation is one of the main exploration regions in the Dixi Region of Xinjiang. But its deep burial, high rock strength, high hardness and strong heterogeneity cause some problems with drilling operation. These problems restrict the progress of high-efficiency and rapid development of Xinjiang Oilfield. Therefore, the torsional impactor was studied and applied in the Dixi Region to improve the penetration rate with the support of high-efficiency PDC bit. The downhole drilling operation was conducted twice in Well 33 of Dixi. The drilling practice shows that adoption of the impactor can ensure the smooth operation of PDC bit, elimi- nate the bit~ stick-slip and improve rock-breaking efficiency. The drilling footage in Well 33 of Dixi was 263.93 m with an average improvement of penetration rate by 83.3%, compared with that in the same well section of the neighboring well. The application of the torsional impactor successfully provides a new technological route for drill- ing in deep volcanic strata.
