摘要
目的：探讨门诊导诊工作中存在的问题及对策。方法：采用自行设计调查问卷，对2010年6月在我院门诊就诊的200例患者进行随机问卷调查。结果：患者对门诊导诊护士总体平均满意度这74．2％，平均不满意度达7．9％。结论：门诊导诊护士只有不断提高业务素质和自身修养、医院加强导诊工作的管理才能满足就诊患者的要求。
Objective： To explore the problems and Countermeasures of outpatient guidance in the work. Methods： a self--designed questionnaire, on 2010 June in 200 cases in our hospital were randomly questionnaire. Results： Patients with up to 74. 2% on outpatient guidance nurses the overall average satisfaction, satisfaction of 7.9% average less. Conclusion.. Outpatient guidance nurses must improve service quality and self--cultivation, strengthen the guidance of hospital management to meet patients demands.
