摘要
目的:评价磁导航技术应用于室上性心律失常消融治疗的远期效果。方法:选自2009年1月18日至2010年12月21日内解放军总医院老年心血管病研究所收治的20例室上性心律失常患者,并将患者随机分为常规消融组和磁导航消融组,每组各10例患者。10例常规导管消融组患者采用4mm温控大头导管+常规技术消融。而10例磁导航导管消融组患者采用温控磁头导管+磁导航系统消融。结果:10例常规导管消融组患者年龄为(53.7±10.3)岁,心动过速病史为(10.2±4.6)年,手术成功率为100%,手术并发症0%,随访时间为(24±5)月,随访复发率为0%;10例磁导航导管消融组患者年龄为(50.8±9.5)岁,心动过速病史为(9.5±3.2)年,手术成功率为100%,手术并发症0%,随访时间为(24±5)月,随访复发率为0%。结论:采用磁导航技术可以完全与有效地实施遥控标测和消融治疗,无并发症,不会增加患者的复发率。
Objective: Application of magnetic navigation technology assessment in supraventricular arrhythmia ablation of the long--term results of treat- ment. Methods:20 cases selected from January 18,2009 to December 21,2010 in the Department of General Hospital of PLA from senile cardiovascular dis- ease Research Institute on arrhythmia of patients,and the patients were randomly divided in'to conventional ablation group and magnetic navigation ablation group,each group had 10 patients. 10 eases of conventional catheter ablation group of patients with 4ram temperature control catheters -- conventional abla- tion. 10 cases with magnetic navigation catheter ablation group were treated by temperature control head catheter ablation -k magnetic navigation system. Re- sults: 10 cases of conventional catheter ablation patients age was (53.7±0.3) years old, heartbeat taehycardia patients (10.2 ± 4. 6) years, the success rate of operation was 100 %, 0 % operation complications, follow-- up time was (24 ± 5) months follow-- up, the recurrence rate was 0 % ; 10 cases of cat heter abla- tion in patients with magnetic navigation age was (50.8±9.5) years old,heartbeat tachycardia patients (9.5± 3.2) years, the success rate of operation was 100%, 0 %operation complications, follow-- up time was (24± 5) months follow-- up, the recurrence rate was 0 %. Conclusion: using magnetic navigation technology can completely and effectively implement the remote mapping and ablation treatment, no complications, does not increase the recurrence rate in pa- tients with.
