摘要
通过筛选催化剂及助催化剂 ,使聚合硫酸铁 (PFS)合成时间从 17h缩短为 4h左右 ,并通过条件试验 ,确定了PFS合成新工艺的最佳条件 ,即催化剂用量 2 %～ 2 .5 % ,助催化剂用量 0 .0 5 % ,投料比 (MSO4/MFe)为 1.30～1.32 ,反应温度 85～ 90℃ ,及反应时间 4h左右 .
The polyferric sulfate (PFS) synthetizing condition was studied in laboratory by means of screening out catalyst and assist catalyst, the PFS synthetize time was shortened from 17 h to 4 h.with condition test, the PFS synthesis new technology optimum was:catalyst dosage was 2%～2.5%, assist catalyst was 0.05%, the ratio of M SO 4 / M Fe was 1.30～1.32, the reaction temperature was 85 ～ 90 ℃, the reaction time was about 4 h, the production by experiment was up to the state standard.
