摘要
本研究采用国际法对12头新疆疆岳驴乳中5种矿物质元素的质量浓度进行测定,其平均质量浓度为:钙94.29mg/100g、磷59.04mg/100g、铁0.18mg/100g、锌0.28mg/100g、硒1.56μg/100g;其变化范围为:钙76.94～109.99mg/100g、磷45.6～74.2mg/100g、铁0.11～0.24mg/100g、锌0.20～0.31mg/100g、硒1.14～1.84μg/100g。
Five Rind of mineral elements in the milk of 12 heads Xinjiang Jiangyue Donkey were test in this study,the results shows that the average concentration of calcium,phosphorus,iron,zinc,selenium of donkey milk：94.29mg/100g,59.04mg/100g,0.18mg/100g,0.28mg/lOOg,1.56μg/100g,respectively; the variation in 76.94～109.99mg/lOOg,45.6～74.2mg/100g,0.11～0.24mg/100g,0.20～0.31mg/100g,1.14～1.84μg/100g,respectively.
