采用原子荧光光谱法测定水中汞 ,具有简便、快速、基体干扰少、灵敏度高等优点。该方法的检出限实测 0 .0 4ng/mL ,精密度 3 .0 % ,工作曲线动态范围 10 3。
The method of AFS to determine Hg in water has the advantages of convenience, fastness, less disturbance and high sensitivity, and with the detection limit≤0.04 ng/mg, precision≤3.0%, dynamic range of working curve≥10 3. This method has already yielded satisfactory results in water quality monitoring in the Luan River transfer project.
