摘要
采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和水杨酸分光光度法,分别测定了珠芽蓼总黄酮提取物对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)及羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率。结果:珠芽蓼总黄酮提取物能清除超氧阴离子和羟基自由基,且随着提取物浓度的升高清除自由基活性逐渐增强,最高清除率分别为71.51%和17.40%。
Determination of total flavonoids in the extract of Polygonum viviparum L. on scavenging capacity of superoxide anion radical （02） and hydroxyl radical （. OH） have been measured. Methods involves using the pyrogallol autoxidation and the salicylic acid chromatometry, the total flavonoids of Polygonum vi- viparum L. extracted on superoxide anion radical （02） and hydroxyl radical （. OH）scavenging rate were measured. The results of Polygonum viviparom L. flavonoids extracted to scavenge superoxide anion and hy- droxyl radical, and with the increase of the concentration of the extract of radical scavenging activity increase gradually, the maximum clearance rates come to be 71.5 1%and 17.40%.
