摘要
青年教师是学校发展的生力军、学校专业建设和课程改革的重要力量,是实现人才培养目标新的着力点,潜力巨大。在科研引领下,成立"一个组织"、制订"两项规划"、实施"三大工程"、拓宽"四条途径"的"1234"培养模式,能构建有利于青年教师成长成才的制度体系和生态环境。
Young teachers boasting huge potentials are a vital significant force for major construction and curriculum reform, and goals. In order to construct an institutional system and environment development, we propose a "1234" cultivation mode which consists "three programs" and "four approaches" with the scientific research resource for school development, a new priorities in talent cultivation conducive to those young teachers" of "one organization", "two plans", guidance.
