一种继电保护定值在线校核优化排序方法 被引量:7

摘要 随着我国电力建设的飞速发展,现代互联电网灵活多变的运行方式对继电保护的要求越来越高。为了使继电保护定值校核工作更加科学有效,提出了基于保护综合重要度的继电保护定值在线校核排序方法。该方法拓展了元件相关停运模型,采用事件树分析法构造相关停运事件树,从而计算出不同系统状态的概率,引入效用理论建立了故障后果指标,并基于风险理论定义了保护的动态重要度;根据保护配合关系定义了保护静态重要度,并将其与保护动态重要度进行加权求和得到保护综合重要度指标,基于该指标可对在线校核线路保护定值进行优化排序。通过算例结果分析,验证了该方法简单有效,具有一定的应用价值。 With the rapid development of electric power construction in China, modern interconnected power grid which has the flexible operation mode requires more and more for relay protection. Therefore, in order to make the veri- fication of relay protection setting more scientific and effective, an ordering method for on-line verification of relay set- ting based on comprehensive importance of protection is presented. To calculate probabilities of different system states, the models of component outage are expanded, and the relative outage event tree is constructed by using the method of event tree analysis. The index of fault severity is established based on utility theory and the dynamic importance of pro- tection is defined based on the risk theory. The comprehensive importance of protection is obtained by applying weigh- ted sum of dynamic importance of protection and static importance of protection which is defined based on relay coordi-nation relationships. According to the order of comprehensive importance of protection, on-line verifying the values of line protection can be optimized. The results of test system prove the method is easy and effective, which is valuable in application.
