摘要
循证医学PICOS模式将问题结构化,构建一个严谨的明确的高质量的临床问题,形成特异度好及灵敏度高的文献检索策略,帮助医学生尽快查询到有用的答案;PBL教学法以学生为主体以问题为基础。二者结合,引入呼吸内科医学本科实习生的临床教学中,针对呼吸内科患者的临床问题,让学生通过PICOS模式,翻阅资料,寻找最佳证据,在教师指导下,经过小组讨论,将基础学科和临床学科的知识点贯穿于一个真实的病例并融会贯通。有助于培养学生以患者的诊断治疗问题为中心的发散思维和横向思维,逐步具备一名合格临床医生的素质。
Problems are structured by PICOS mode of evidence-based medicine (EBM) and build a rigorous clear high quality clinical problems, form a specific degree of good and high sensitivity of the literature retrieval strategies, to help medical students query to useful answer as soon as possible; PBL teaching method takes the students as the main body based on the problem. Combination, the introduction of breathing internal medicine undergraduate interns in the clinical teaching, according to the patients of respiratory medicine problem, let the student through the PICOS mode and data, find the best evidence. Under the guidance of teachers, through group discussion, the knowledge of basic science and clinical disciplines goes through on a real case and achieve mastery through a comprehensive study. Help students take questions in diagnosis and treatment of patients as the center of divergent thinking and lateral thinking, gradually become a qualified clinician.
