摘要
通过对国际疾病分类ICD-10和手术操作分类(ICD-9-CM-3)的基础知识培训,有利于临床医师掌握疾病诊断与手术名称书写的规范化,以提高病案首页疾病诊断与手术的编码准确性。在一定程度上提高了病案首页的书写质量,使临床医师掌握正确书写疾病诊断和手术操作名称,为今后科研资料的准确查询奠定坚实的基础。
The basics training of the international classification of diseases ICD-10 and operative classifica- tion （ICD-9-CM-3） helps clinicians master disease diagnosis and surgical name written rules, in order to im- prove the accuracy of medical record diagnosis and surgery coding, which can improve the quality of filling the medical record to some extent, so that the clinician can master the correct writing of disease diagnosis, and sur- gical operation name, to lay a solid foundation for future research and the accuracy of the information inauiries.
