The Impact Mechanism and Path of Network Embeddedness Affecting Enterprise Integrated Innovation Performance——Two Stage Intermediary Effect of Relationship Learning and Knowledge Integration

摘要基于知识协同的视角,构建了协同创新网络影响创新绩效的理论框架,运用实证方法,探讨了网络嵌入性通过外部协同能力(关系学习),以及内部协同能力(知识整合)对企业创新绩效的影响机制与路径,证实了关系学习与知识整合的中介效应。研究结果对企业协同创新有一定的启示,企业只有充分利用网络资源,注重关系学习和知识整合活动,才能实现创新绩效的提升。 Based on knowledge collaboration management, this paper is to build a theoretical framework to explain how enterprise synergy innovation network affects innovation performance. Furthermore, it will explore influence mechanism and path which the network endeddedness affect innovation performance by external ability （relationship le.aming） and internal ability （knowledge integration）; con- finning two stage intermediary effect of relationship learning and knowledge integration. The result of research gives us certain enlighten- ment： the enterprise can realize the ascension of innovation performance only by making full use of network reso~ and paying attention to relation learning and knowledge integration activities.
