石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测烟用接嘴胶中铬的含量

摘要 为了建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测烟用接嘴胶中铬含量的方法,研究了待测接嘴胶的用量、灰化温度、原子化温度及基体改进剂对检测的影响。确定的优化检测条件为:烟用接嘴胶用量为0.3000 g,铬的灰化温度、原子化温度、基体改进剂分别为800℃,2300℃和1.00 g/L氯化钯。在优选的实验条件下检出限分别为0.245μg/kg,相对标准偏差分别为1.26%,回收率范围分别在93.8~106.8%之间。本方法检出限低,重复性好,回收率高,简单方便。 A method for determining chromium content in the cigarette paper by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was developed. Some process variables, including quantities of sample, pyrolysis temperature, atomization temperature and the appropriate chemical modifier were optimized. And quantities of sample, the pyrolysis temperature, atomization temperature and chemical modifier applied were 0.3000g, 800℃, 2300℃ and 1.00 g/L of palladium chloride, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit and the relative standard deviations were 0.245 μg/L and 1.26 %, respectively. Recovery was between 93.8 % and 106.8 %. The results show that the method used in this work can meet the requirements for the determination of chromium in cigarette paper with a good precision and for easy operation.
