摘要
在分析餐厨垃圾现有处理技术的基础上,介绍了一种利用特种复合微生物菌种将餐厨垃圾发酵分解成有机肥料,对餐厨垃圾进行无害化处理的方法,工艺包括辅材加工区,餐厨垃圾前处理区(包括卸料、振动除水、分拣、粗碎、挤压、搅拌等),固态物圆型一次发酵区,槽型二次发酵、静置区,固态有机肥制粒、包装区,液肥生产区等多个环节。从源头实现餐厨垃圾减量化、无害化、资源化,解决"地沟油"问题。
Based on the assessment of their current treatment technologies, which a disposal using special composite microbial species to make waste fermaentation into organic fertilizer was introduced, including auxiliary materials processing, before eat hutch waste treatment area (discharging, vibration in addition to water, sorting, coarse crushing, squeezing and stirring, etc.), solids round a fen'nentation area, groove type of secondary fermentation, stewing area, solid organic fertilizer granulation, packing area, the effects of production and other links. It was expected to be food refuse reduction achieving environmentally sound, resource-oriented, and to solve the "waste oil" problem.
