摘要
采用消化污泥为接种物,在高温(54~57℃)条件下,应用连续半干式厌氧消化技术对餐厨垃圾进行了实验室规模的快速启动试验。在启动阶段,进料负荷根据反应器产气速率及pH的变化呈阶梯状提高。试验结果表明:反应器启动29d以后,系统pH稳定在6.9~7.6,平均产气速率18.0L/d,反应器启动55d以后,平均产气速率为18.9L/d,平均产气效率973.2mL/g(以VS计),反应器有机负荷率达到3.0g/(L·d)。
A rapid start-up test of semi-dry thermophilic anaerobic digestion for food residue was investigated on a laboratory-scale at 54-57℃ and digested sludge was used as inoeulums. During start-up phase, the feed-load was raised with the variation of pH and gas production. The results showed that the average gas production rate 18. 0 L/d was obtained after 29 days with stable pH at 6. 9-7. 6, and the average gas production rate 18. 9 L/d, gas production efficiency (VS) 973. 2 mL/g were obtained after 55 days of the start-up, the organic loading rate reached 3.0 g/(L.d).
