摘要
本文旨在研究机构投资者持股对企业国际化绩效的影响，并讨论企业董事会国际化程度和当地资本市场国际化程度的调节效应。利用2006～2010年中国上市公司数据进行的实证研究发现，企业董事会国际化程度和当地资本市场国际化程度可以调节机构投资者持股与企业国际化绩效之间的关系，二者国际化程度的提高既可以增强境外机构投资者对企业国际化绩效的积极影响，也可以减弱境内机构投资者对企业国际化绩效的消极影响。
The paper is aimed at making a thorough inquiry, on the impact of institutional investors＇ shareholding on firm＇s internationalization performance, and the moderating effect of the degree of internationalization of board of directors and the degree of internationalization of capital market. By the data of China＇s listed companies from the year of 2009 to 2011 ,the empirical study found： the relations between institutional ownership and corporate internationalization perform- ance were moderated the degree of internationalization of board of directors and the degree of internationalization of cap- ital market ; the improvement of the degree of internationalization of the two factors can not only enhance the positive impact of foreign institutional investors＇ shareholding on firm＇s internationalization performance, but also weaken the negative im- pact of domestic institutional investors＇ shareholding on firm＇s internationalization performance
