摘要
分析影响核电大型锻件质量稳定性的关键因素,比较中法核电设备制造工业基础、技术基础,对RCC-M M140评定在我国核电大型锻件制造过程中的适用性进行了探讨,提出构建中国核电标准体系时应结合我国工业基础和技术基础对评定进行合理规定的建议。
By analyzing key factors affecting quality stability of heavy forgings and comparing manufacturing base and technology base of nuclear power equipments in China and France, applicability of RCC-M M140 qualification for manufacturing of nuclear power heavy forgings in China has been discussed. As Chinese characteristic nuclear power standards will be build up, this paper gives the advice of reasonable regulations for the qualification that the standards should consider Chinese own industrial base and technology base.
