摘要
为解决600吨级低偏析高纯净特大合金钢锭极限制造技术难题,研究开发出了超低磷粗炼钢水及钢包炉高纯钢水冶炼、钢包炉衬寿命提高与优化、四炉合浇高寿命水口、大钢锭成分偏析控制、浇注温度梯度化精确控制、特大型钢锭凝固数值模拟及锭型设计、防粘模脱模等多项关键技术,在国内率先制造成功了600吨级低偏析高纯净特大合金钢锭,并形成批量生产。现已用特大钢锭成功锻制出了6件1 100 MW核电半速转子交用户使用。
In order to solve the extreme manufacturing technology problems of 600 tonner low segregation and high purity heavy alloy ingot, several key technologies have been researched and developed, for example, smelting with rough smelted ultra low phosphorus molten steel and ladle refined high purity molten steel, improving and optimizing the service life of ladle furnace lining, pouring the long life gate with four ladles molten steel, controlling the composition segregation of heavy ingot, accurately controlling the pouring temperature with gradient, solidification numerical simulation and pattern design of heavy ingot, demoulding from anti - sticking pattern etc. We have taken lead in manu- facturing 600 tonner low segregation and high purity heavy alloy ingot successfully in domestic and have taken into mass production. At present 6 pieces of 1100MW nuclear half - speed rotor have been forged by this kind of heavy ingot and already been brought into service by customers.
