摘要
基于建设国际化大都市的新形势与新背景,系统总结了西安城市规划管理实施中的主要问题及成因,提出了西安城市规划管理的价值诉求与目标导向;继而结合对国外国际化大都市及国内典型城市规划管理的解读,总结出对西安建设国际化大都市具有参考价值的经验与启示,最后提出国际化大都市建设导向下的西安城市规划管理新策略,旨在为处于发展加速期和结构转型期的西安城市规划管理提供有益的参考。
Based on the new situation and background of Xi＇an international metropolis construction, this paper summarizes the main problems and causes in Xi＇an urban planning management and implementation, and puts forward the valuable pursuits and goal orientations of Xi＇an urban planning management. And then this article fully analysis and summarizes the valuable experiences and Enlightenment of urban planning management for Xi＇an international metropolis after unscrambling typical examples in domestic and abroad. Finally the article puts forward to the corresponding new management strategies for Xi＇an international metropolis construction to provide beneficial references for Xi＇an urban planning management in the period of accelerating development and structure transformation.
