摘要
数字规划是数字城市在城市规划建设管理领域的扩展,是以43VR(4D:DLG、DRG、DOM、DEM;3S:G IS、RS、GPS;VR:V irtual Reality)为核心的城市空间信息生产、管理、分析的应用体系。数字规划从软件框架上讲是一个开放的系统,从应用框架上讲是包含了数据基础、应用服务、决策支持三层应用体系。三维城市规划系统的应用表明,以G IS为核心3S集成平台,以VR为表现手段的现代信息技术能够满足我国数字规划建设的要求。
Digital Urban Planning can be thought as Digital City in urban planning and management. It＇s an application system to produce and manage urban spatial information based on 43 VR （4 D： DLG, DRG, DOM, DEM ;3 S： GIS, RS, GPS ; VR： Virtual Reality）. Its software framework of Digital Urban Planning is open, and its application framework composes three layers ： data base, application service, scientific decision. The 3D urban planning system based on GIS and VR illuminate that these modern information techniques can fulfil the requirements of our contry.
