多肽类物质对于生物体生理机能的调节作用越来越受到研究者的重视,分离技术更是其技术实现产业化的关键,疏水层析法分离多肽类物质具有操作简便、蛋白质变性小等优势。本文综述了疏水层析法分离多肽类物质的原理、影响因素及应用。
Polypeptides on the regulation of physiological functions of the organism get more and more researchers attention. It is significant to study the separation of polypeptides so as con- tribute to industrialization. Polypeptide separated by hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) has other advantages besides being simple to operate and reducing protein denaturation. This paper introduced the principle, influencing factor and application of HIC separate polypep- tides.
