摘要
目的:用胶束水溶液分离单糖,探讨pH值、CTAB、SDS水溶液浓度对分离的影响。方法:胶束薄层层析。结果:CTAB溶液浓度在0.004mol·L-1至0.006mol·L-1,SDS溶液浓度在0.08mol·L-1至0.10mol·L-1范围内,分离效果好。pH值可改变单糖的Rf值。。结论:胶束薄层层析法可做为单糖分离方法。
Objective: Monosaccharides are separated by thin Layer chromatography(TLC) with mobile phase of micellar aqueous solution, The effect of PH value in micellar TLC are discussed. Methods: Using micellar thin Layer chomatography. Results: Surface active agent CFAB concentration is 0. 004-0.006mol·L-1. SDS concentration is 0 .08-0.10mol·L-1 It's separate effect was better than Other method. Monosaccharides' Rf are changed by PH value. Conclusions: Micellar TLC may be tO major method waich monooaccharides such condusion privied a strong experimented evidence for monosaccharides
