摘要
介绍了图书招标采购方式,"政府釆购法"在采购中的应用,分析了高校图书馆实施招标采购的积极意义,对书商供书存在的问题作了探讨。
This paper introduces the ways of biding for Chinese book ordering and the implement of Government Procurement Law, books as commodities must be undertaken by government proeurernent. It analyzes the positive significance of i the implement of government procurement in academic libraries and probes into the existing problems in book-ac- quisitions.
