摘要
目的:观察健脾和胃方对中晚期食管癌症状的改善作用。方法:选择中晚期食管癌患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组30例,化疗同时配合健脾和胃方治疗,对照组30例,单用化疗。结果:胸骨后疼痛、吞咽困难的症状改善,在治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);呕吐粘液、神疲乏力、纳食差的症状改善,在治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药健脾和胃方能改善中晚期食管癌呕吐粘液、神疲乏力、纳食差的症状。
Objective：To observe the clinical ettete of invigoratespleen and harmonize stomachdeeoetion for the treatmeament of the advanced esophageal cancer. Methods： Choose 60 patients with advanced esophageal cancer, anti divide them randomly into treatment group and the con- trol group. The treatment group accepted oxaliplatin chemotherapy combined with invigorate spleen and harmonize stomachdecoction,andthe control groupaccepted oxaliplatinchemotherapy.Results：Dysphagie,ehestpain,have no significant difference （P 〉0.05）,after the treatment group compared with control group ,vomiting mucus ,loss of appetite ,fatigue have statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conelusion： Invigorate spleen and harmonize stomach decoction can improve clinical symptoms of vomiting mucus ,loss of appetite ,fatigue.
