自身免疫性胰腺炎探讨 被引量：1

摘要 自身免疫性胰腺炎（Autoimmune Pancreatitis,AIP）是一种特殊类型的慢性胰腺炎,约占慢性胰腺炎的1.86％～6.6％,以胰腺肿大、血清球蛋白水平升高并有自身抗体存在、激素治疗有效为主要特点.因为临床工作中自身免疫性胰腺炎具有早期诊断难度大、误诊误治比例高的特点,已成为了一个常被忽视和误诊的疾病.
