摘要
将多壁碳纳米管加入到纳米钛酸钡体积分数为40%的乙烯-羧酸乙烯酯复合材料中,制得了三相纳米复合材料,研究了复合材料的形貌以及多壁碳纳米管对复合材料介电常数、逾渗阈值、介电松弛和导热性能的影响。结果表明:多壁碳纳米管的加入能显著提高复合材料的介电常数和导热系数。
A three phase nanocomposite was prepared by adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes into ethyl-ene-vinyl acetate composite in which the BaTiO3 content is 40vol%, and its micro-morphology and the ef-fects of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on the dielectric constant, percolation threshold, dielectric relax-ation and thermal conductivity of the three-phase composite were studied. The results show that the addi-tion of multi-walled carbon nanotubes can significantly increase the dielectric constant and thermal conduc-tivity of the nanocomposite.
