摘要
通过对多壁碳纳米管进行纯化和酸化处理,以4,4-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和均苯四甲酸二酐(PDMA)为单体,用原位聚合和超声振荡法制备了聚酰胺酸杂化胶液(PAA),经热亚胺化法制得聚酰亚胺杂化薄膜。通过电镜扫描(SEM)观察了杂化薄膜的微观结构;对薄膜的拉伸强度、弹性模量和断裂伸长率进行测试,研究杂化薄膜的微结构与力学性能的关系。结果表明:酸化后的多壁碳纳米管在蒸馏水中的分散性得到了明显的提高。当加入适量的多壁碳纳米管时,可以使杂化薄膜的力学性能得到增强。
Using multi-walls carbon nano-tubes(MWNTs) purified and modified by acid as raw material,4,4-diamino diphenyl ether(ODA) and pyromellitic acid dianhydride(PDMA) as monomers,atype of polyamide acid hybrid solution was synthesized via in-situ polymerization and supersonic vibration method.Then the polyimide hybrid films were imidized from polyamide acid.The microstructure of the PI/MWNTs hybrid films were investigated by SEM,the tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation at break of the films were tested,and then the relationships between the microstructure of the films and their mechanical properties were studied.The experimental results show that the dispersion of MWNTs in distilled water modified by acid increases obviously.When the MWNTs content is proper,the mechanical properties of the polyimide films are enhanced.
