摘要
介绍了SF6放电分解气体的基本原理,对目前几种检测SF6分解气体的方法进行对比分析,综述了不同缺陷条件下局部放电与SF6分解气体组分的关系。
The basic discharge principle of SF6 was introduced, and several methods of detecting SF6 de-composition gas were compared and analyzed. The relationship between SF6 partial discharge and decom-position gas component in SF6 electrical equipment under different defects condition were reviewed.
