摘要
随着锂电池越来越广泛的应用,其生产与检验领域的研究也随之增多。锂电池环境性能测试(高温试验、低温试验、热冲击、温度循环)是针对其安全性能的系列测试项目,锂电池环境性能试验箱作为检验领域广泛使用的装置,安全特性是一个重要指标。针对目前锂电池试验箱在安全设计上的不足,提出并设计了一套具有自动灭火装置的锂电池环境性能试验箱,以电接点温度计、七氟丙烷灭火剂瓶等组成自动灭火装置。经试验验证,该试验箱性能稳定,效果良好,弥补了现有锂电池试验箱在安全方面的技术缺陷。
With the wide application of lithium battery, its research on production and testing is increased. Lithium battery chamber as the production and testing equipment has widely been used, and its safety features are important indicators. For the design deficiencies of the current lithium battery chamber in the security, a set of lithium batteries chamber with automatic fire extinguishing device was proposed and designed, which is composed of electric-contact thermometer, fire extinguishing agent bottle, and so on. The test proves that the chamber has stable performance and good effect, and can make up the security flaws of the existinq battery chamber technoloav.
