摘要 为研究材料的电特性,设计一种智能LiMn_2O_4材料电特性测试仪.该系统分为上位机和下位机2部分,上位机为普通PC机,可完成对电池充放电过程全面监测及数据采集的监控、存储,实时显示各只电池充放电波形,及时分析数据并以图表方式输出等;下位机由单片机结合CPLD构成主控单元完成电池充放电状态切换、电压电流数据的上传等功能.上下位机通过RS232串行口通信,建立一套可靠的通信体系.整个系统实现了电池的充放电电压、电流的检测及充放电曲线的绘制. In order to study the electronic character of material, a kind of intelligent instrument of electronic character of LiMn204 material is designed, the system consists of host computer and slave-computer. The host computer is PC which can watch on the whole process of charging and discharging, data controlling, collecting and saving,and real-time displaying the wave form of every cell, and analyzing the data and output it as diagram etc. The slave-computer composed of MCU and CPLD as control center, which is in charge of transmitting of the state of charging and discharging and conveying the data of voltage and current. RS232 is used in communication between host computer and slave-computer. The whole system realized the voltage and current testing and the curve drawing of charge and discharge.
