直肠癌局部切除术后复发一例分析

摘要 直肠癌是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，近年来我国直肠癌的发病率和死亡率均呈上升趋势。尽管放化疗的应用可以提高保肛率，降低局部复发率，但外科手术仍是唯一可能治愈直肠癌的手段。
