摘要
本文所议，为笔者在前人研究基础上总结的汉语四字格成语英译时通常采用的策略，兼议部分四字格成语在句中应用时的处理方法。
This paper, based on the author＇ s summary of other predecessors＇ research, discusses the tactics of translating Chinese four-character phrases into English and also the approach to parts of Chinese fourcharacter phrases when used in sentences.
