摘要
民办高校办学特色培育是提升民办高校核心竞争力的关键。本文分析了民办高校办学特色培育过程中的现状和存在问题的原因，进而论述了民办高校办学特色培育的五个原则和办学特色培育中，民办高校应着重建立的培育机制。
Non-governmental higher education is an important part which cannot be separated from Chinese higher education. Cultivating characteristics of school-running is the key to improve the core competitiveness for non-governmental universities. This paper analyses the current problems of cultivating characteristics of school-running and causes in non-governmental universities. Then it discusses the principles and mechanism of cultivating characteristics of school-running.
