摘要
本文较详细地研究了明胶存在下,Hg(Ⅱ)-SCN^--罗丹明B显色体系水相光度法测定痕量汞的新方法。缔合物的最大吸收峰在596nm处,汞含量在0.5~3.5μg/25mL和0~0.5μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为8.37×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)和1.47×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Sandell灵敏度分别为2.4×10^(-4)μg Hg/cm^2和1.36×10^(-4)μg Hg/cm^2。方法用于岩石矿物中痕量汞的测定,结果令人满意。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for determination of trace amounts of mercury, based on the formation of a complicated ion-association complex of Hg(Ⅱ)-SCN^--Rhodamine B in the presence of gelatin. The maximun absorption of the ionassociation complex is at 596nm. Beerr's law is obeyed for mercury in the range of 0.5~3.5μg/25mL and 0~0. 5μg/25mL. The apparent molar absorptivity is 8.37×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) and 1.47×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 596nm respectively. This method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of mercury in rocks and minerals with satisfactory results.
