摘要
应用Hg(Ⅱ)-硫代水杨酸(TSA)-吡啶甲酸(PIC)三元络合物对紫外光具有稳定吸收性质,建立了一种新的微量汞定量分析方法。研究结果表明,反应生成的Hg(Ⅱ)-TSA-PIC(1:1:1)三元络合物,反应灵敏度高,稳定性强,比常用的双硫腙法有更好的选择性,具有较强的抗干扰离子性能。汞的浓度在0~20μg/mL,符合比耳定律。应用本方法对含汞样品进行分析,取得满意结果。
The method employed to determine the trace mercury by developing invisible light area is widely used. But the chemical reaction, i.e. Hg(Ⅱ)-thiosalicylie acid(TSA)-picolinic acid(PIC)(1:1:1) ternary complex was prepared using Hg(Ⅱ), TSA and PIC, has high sensitivity and good selectivity. The complex has an absorption maxinium at 295nm, its molar absorptivity is 3.9×10^(-4)l·mol^(-1)cm^(-1). Been's law is obeyed up to a 20μg/ml concentration of Hg(Ⅱ). This method is suitable for analyzing the specimen containing trace mercury
