扩大农产品市场开放对中国农业生产和粮食安全的影响被引量：12

摘要本文利用面板数据模型检验了加入WTO后扩大农产品市场开放对中国农业生产和粮食安全的影响。研究结果显示,在其他因素不变的情况下,扩大农产品进口对中国农业生产和粮食安全产生了不利影响;扩大农产品出口对中国农业生产和粮食安全产生了积极作用。而且中国政府实施的农业税减免、种粮农民直接补贴等多项强农惠农政策以及国际农产品市场价格的大幅上升在一定程度上降低了扩大农产品进口对中国农业综合生产能力和粮食生产能力的不利影响。这意味着,可以借助于一些非贸易措施缓解扩大农产品市场开放可能带来的消极效应,或强化其积极效应。
