摘要
依据层次性、可行性、科学性等原则,构建了三层能源效率指标评价体系,包括节约燃煤、节电、节约用水、节油、减排、相关政策指标等多个指标,从构建数学模型角度说明了经济运行指标的标准确定,最后采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法相结合详细说明了指标评价方法。
According to the principle of hierarchy, feasibility and scientificity, three levels of energy efficiency index evaluation system is established. The system includes coal saving, electricity saving, water saving, fuel-efficient, emissions reduction and other related policy indicators. It shows the standard of the economic operation from the perspective of building mathematical model. Methods of index evaluation are based on combining of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
