摘要
伴随着国家节能减排政策的不断推动,化工行业作为高耗能、高污染的特殊行业,对节能减排更应该重视。结合当前的形势,通过资源与能源损耗、生产技术特征和产品特征、资源的综合利用、污染物的排放和环保制度的落实情况等5个方面构筑了面向化工行业节能减排评价指标,进而为企业建立节能减排的评价体系。
Chemical Industry,as a industy that is high-pollution and high-energy consumption industry,should be paid more attantion to saving energy and reducing pollutant emission along with the support of our country.This article incline to establish a system for saving energy and reducing pollutant emission in chemical industry for five parts,resource consumption,characteristics of production technology,be good use of,emission of pollutants,environmental protection system.
