锁定钢板联合玻璃酸钠治疗胫骨平台骨折34例疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板内固定术联合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析34例采用锁定钢板内固定术+玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料。结果患者术后伤口均一期愈合,无皮肤坏死、神经血管损伤及深部感染等并发症发生;术后随访9~24个月,骨折均获骨性愈合,愈合时间平均5个月;Rasmussen膝关节功能评分结果显示,疗效优24例,良7例,可3例,优良率91.2%。结论 锁定钢板内固定术联合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗胫骨平台骨折固定可靠,可有效改善患膝关节功能,临床疗效满意。
