摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗骨性关节炎(OA)的疗效。方法对96例123侧膝OA患者关节内注射玻璃酸钠20mg每周1次,共5次。结果随访3个月,96例123侧膝OA中,优56侧,良36侧,可22侧,差9;优良率75%,有效率93%。结论玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of sctlium hyaluronate intra - articular injection in treatment of OA of knees. Methods Ninety - six patients（ 123 knees） suffered from OA were treated by Sodium hyaluronate injection intra - articular once a week, totally five times. Results One hundred and twenty - three eases were followed for three months. There were obvious improvements in the signs and function of knee in 56 patients（46 % ）, only some improvements in 36 patients（29 % ）, and no obvious improvements in other 22（ 18 % ） patients. There were obvious improvements and earlier effects in the eases which were not serious. Conclusion Intra - articular injection of sodiuna hyaluronate has a positive effect in treatmet of OA of knees.
