摘要
本文通过对15MnHP 钢的生产检验数据的统计分析,用多目标优化的思想,提出采用前段冷却、降锰、增碳等措施,以降低15MnHP 钢的屈强比和提高延伸率,从而提高冲压性能。实践结果验证了上述措施的正确性。
To lower the yield strength ratio and raise elongation in a bid to further improve the press formability measures of cooling,reducing manganese and increasing carbon at upper section have been recommended on the basis of statistic and analysis on the verification data of 15MnHP steel and multiple target concept.Practical results have proved that the above mentioned measures are cor- rect.
