摘要
本文以EDTA为络合剂,Cu^(2+)为返滴定剂,用721型分光光度计改装成检测系统,对流动注射返滴定进行了研究,考查了流速,显色剂浓度,梯度室体积的影响,并对硼酸锌阻燃剂中的锌进行测定,得到了较满意的结果。
A FIA titration of zinc has been studied using Cu^(2+) as back titrant, EDTA as complexing agent and a reformed 721 spectrophotometer as detector. Effects of flow rate and concentration of back titrant on the titration have been investigated. Linear relationship between the slope of calibration curve and the volume of gradient chamber was observed. Zinc in the sample solution was determined by using the procedure and satisactory results were obtained.
