摘要
本文研究了用流动注射-光度法测定硅酸盐岩石中硅的实验条件,建立了一个可靠的测定高含量硅的方法,精密度和准确度良好。对标准参考岩石样品分析结果与推荐值吻合。
A rapid and accurate method for spectrophotometric determination of silicon in silicate rocks by flow injection analysis has been developed. The test solution is prepared by fusion the sample with sodium carbonate and subsequent dissolution of the melt in boiling water. Since critical conditions of analysis, including reaction time, temperature, reagent concentration, etc., can be precisely controlled, the deteimination can be as precise as those obtained by gravimetric methods. The throughput of the FIA system is 50 samples per hour. The method has been applied to four national standard reference silicate rock samples and one local standard silicate rock, and satisfactory agreement with the certificated values was obtained.
