PCR-HPV检测在宫颈癌筛查中应用的意义 被引量：2

摘要 [目的]探讨PCR-HPV检测在宫颈癌筛查中应用的意义。[方法]采用回顾性分析方法,对425例宫颈上皮内瘤变或宫颈癌的宫颈脱落细胞学检查及PCR-HPV检测结果,以病理组织学诊断结果为标准进行分析。[结果]宫颈脱落细胞学检查诊断阳性率为57.6%,PCR-HPV检测诊断阳性率为97.6%。[结论]宫颈癌的筛查中PCR-HPV检测诊断阳性率高,但仍需与宫颈脱落细胞检查、阴道镜检查、病理组织学检查结合进行。
