HSPB1基因多态性与卵巢癌易感性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨编码热休克蛋白27(HSP27)基因HSPB1单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与卵巢癌易感性的关系。方法采用病例一对照研究,选取女性卵巢癌患者384例,年龄频率匹配的健康对照女性384例;使用标准化的调查表获得研究对象的基本资料;采用AB17900HT的Taqman基因分型技术检测HSPB1基因多态性。结果HSPB1基因多态性位点rs2868371与卵巢癌有关;与GG相比,杂合型GC和纯合型CC均可显著增加卵巢癌的发病风险,调整后比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)分别为1.45(1.15~1.77)和1.68(1.34~2.01);分层分析显示,GC+CC基因型增加卵巢癌发病风险性在年龄〉50岁、绝经期、有卵巢良性囊肿史和无肿瘤家族史的妇女中更加显著。未发现多态性位点rs2838370和rs2009836与卵巢癌有关。
