摘要
校外实习基地的建设是酒店管理专业实践教学环节工作的重要部分。建立酒店管理专业实习基地的评价指标体系,采用AHP法计算各指标权重,并运用TOPSIS法进行评价指标数值的规范化和排序计算,最终对实习基地作出较为客观的评价。
Establishing the evaluation index system of practice bases is one of the important in practice teaching evaluation for hotel management major. This paper established the evaluation index system, and calculated every index through AHP and applied the TOPSIS method to normalize and sort the evaluation index values. At last, the evaluation was comparatively objective.
