锁骨远端锁定钢板在锁骨外侧端NeerⅡ型骨折中的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 锁骨骨折是一种较常见的骨折，约占全身骨折的2．6％～5％，而锁骨外侧端骨折约占锁骨骨折的15％。国内外大量回顾性研究㈦提示对该类骨折采用非手术治疗骨不连的发生率较高，进而影响肩关节功能，因此早期复位内固定显得尤为重要。作者自2009年11月至2011年12月采用锁骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗锁骨外侧端NeerII型骨折18例，经随访所有患者均取得满意疗效，现报告如下。
